SecuBox CRT P31 Phosphor Theme for OpenWrt LuCI

Objective

Apply the SecuBox CRT P31 phosphor green terminal aesthetic to all OpenWrt LuCI modules, creating a consistent retro-futuristic security dashboard experience identical to the Debian SecuBox UI.
