CyberMind c3616cc266 PDF report: rich character sheet + route parity + real Quêtes (#794) ... * docs(spec): rich PDF character sheet + persona/dpi/media route parity (ref #790) * docs(plan): rich PDF character sheet + route parity implementation plan (ref #790) * feat(toolbox): rich PDF character sheet — pips, on/off inventory, quests (ref #790) * feat(toolbox): factor _enrich_report_data + apply to token/admin PDF routes (ref #790) * feat(toolbox): populate Quêtes/menaces from raw DPI alerts (dest/detail) — HTML + PDF (closes #792, ref #790) _dpi_stats now exposes alerts_raw (kind/service/dst/detail) alongside the donut 'alerts' ({label,count}).
