feat(mitmproxy): Add configuration files and WAF rules
- Add debian/mitmproxy.toml with container, proxy, HAProxy, CrowdSec,
autoban, whitelist, and WAF rules configuration sections
- Add data/waf-rules.json with 14 WAF rule categories and 90+ patterns
covering SQLi, XSS, CMDi, traversal, SSRF, XXE, LDAP, Log4Shell,
scanners, path scanning, CVE exploits, RCE, VoIP, and XMPP
- Add crowdsec/secubox-waf.yaml acquisition config for threats.log
- Replace menu.d/115-mitmproxy.json with 500-mitmproxy.json (WAF label)
