d6fe14d535 feat(scripts): Render nginx vhost + DEPLOY.md + license artifacts (ref #80) 
Generates output/repo/{nginx-apt.conf, DEPLOY.md, install.sh,
LICENCE-CMSD-1.0.md, LICENSE-CMSD-1.0.en.md}. No network operations
- artifacts are for the user to push out-of-band.
