feat(migration): Extend migration tools v2.0.0 with full data export

Add comprehensive data migration modules:
- git: Git repos, Gitea/Gogs/GitLab data
- media: Videos, PeerTube, Jellyfin, Nextcloud files
- mail: Maildir, Postfix/Dovecot configs, DKIM keys
- accounts: Home dirs, passwd/shadow, sudo, crontabs

Tested on ESPRESSObin with 77 CrowdSec scenarios, vhosts,
web content, and user accounts successfully migrated.
